Sculpture Garden High School Art

To teach abstract form and non-objective abstract form I had the Art Theory 1 kids make their own sculpture gardens out of sculpy, felt, acrylic paint, wood, and pebbles. I first showed them images from Claes Oldenburg, Henry Moore, David Smith, and others. For a block period, we drove over to Stanford's sculpture garden to see the Rodin's, David Smith, and Andy Goldsworthy.
